Center Pivot Runoff Risk and Application Efficiency Tool
Pivot Package Tool
Tool for estimating the risk of runoff and water application efficiency (WAE) for low-elevation spray application (LESA) and mid-elevation spray application (MESA) center pivot sprinkler packages. Runoff risk is modeling with user provided irrigation details and the user selected farm for site specific soil and elevation data. The tool compares both package types simultaneously and uses historical weather averages to compare WAE for each. Maps and tables with results and model input data are generated for detailed summary and feedback.

Web-based decision support tool developed by USU Extension for estimating the benefits and costs of increasing irrigation uniformity of center pivots. This tool requires the user to enter data from their farm to determine the economic value of increasing distribution uniformity.
Irrigation Management Tools
Irrigation Scheduler Mobile
Web-based irrigation scheduling tool developed by Washington State University. USU agricultural and orchard electronic weather stations have been added to the tool for selection. The tool requires the user to create an AgWeaterNet (WSU's electronic weather station network). The tool makes irrigation recommendations based on modeled crop evapotranspiration and user-entered irrigation depths. The user may also manually input the fraction of available water in the crop root zone to update the modeled crop root zone soil water balance.
