Ingredients
- 3-4 lbs tomatoes
- 1/2 small red onion, diced
- 2-3 jalapeño peppers
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Large handful of cilantro
- 1 tsp red wine vinegar
- 1 lime, juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Roughly chop tomatoes, red onion, and jalapeño pepper.
- Add tomatoes, onion, jalapeño peppers, garlic, cilantro, red wine vinegar, lime, juice, salt, and pepper to a food processor or blender.
- Pulse until salsa reaches desired consistency.
- Serve in a bowl with chips and vegetables or on top your favorite Hispanic dish.
Notes
Used canned tomatoes in place of fresh tomatoes when needed!
