Ingredients
- 1 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup fresh corn (about 2 cobs)
- 1 4 oz can diced green chiles
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients
- Stir until completely combined
- Cover and place in the refrigerator for an hour to combine flavors
- Serve with your favorite tortilla or vegetable chips
