Volunteer Opportunities

The Ogden Botanical Gardens office is open from the middle of March through October and then closes until spring when we reopen again.

If you can’t reach the staff, please call the USU Extension Office #801-399-8201.

The Gardens themselves are open year round, from dawn to dusk, for visitors to walk around and enjoy.

For the Public

The staff at the Ogden Botanical Gardens invites you to help preserve and protect the Gardens with us by keeping out of the garden beds, using trash cans/picking up garbage, and watching out for vandalism –help us as we watch over this beautiful green space.

If you would like to participate in the care of the Ogden Botanical Gardens with us, we will show you everything you need to know through our USU Master Gardener Program. Email niki.jensen@usu.edu or call 801-399-8201 for more information.
