Activity: Choose 3 techniques for managing stress that are new to you and test them out.

Stress and Humor

Activity: Collect comics, jokes or funny pictures to start a humor notebook you can refer back to when you are stressed.

Take Care of Yourself

Activity: Complete one week's worth of healthy meal plans.
