Registration for the Dixie Junior Livestock Show is a two-part registration. Exhibitors must first be registered as either a 4-H or FFA member and then register separately for the Dixie Junior Livestock Show.

DJLS Registration

Registration for the Dixie Junior Livestock Show is a two-part registration. Exhibitors must first be registered as either a 4-H or FFA member and then register separately for the Dixie Junior Livestock Show.

Step 1

Become a 4-H member.
Enrollment lasts from September 1st to August 31st each year and costs $10 annually. 
4-H members are between 8 to 18 year old.

Register for FFA with your high school chapter.

DJLS Scholarship
This scholarship opportunity is for youth in their senior year who have shown at least 3 years at the DJLS. The application will be completed online and sent as a PDF to djlsscholarship@gmail.com.

Portfolio

Another part of the Dixie Junior Livestock Show is turning in a Portfolio, this is a way for participants to showcase the work they put into this project. It is a resume and cover letter that is turned in on the first day of the show to be judged. The top ten portfolios earn the classification of Star Class, and 1st place received the Corner Post Award. This is optional, but if you would like to participate in this aspect of the show we are offering this clinic to help you get ready:
