Utah Women in Municipal Leadership
Susan Madsen, founding director of the Utah Women Leadership Project, said that overall, women hold only 29.1% of supervisory, managerial and executive leadership positions in Utah’s municipal governments, while they hold 42.5% in county governments and 39.3% in state government.
