Biography

Our new Data Intern, Bryn Watkins (she/her) loves good food and being outside. After completing her undergraduate degree in Sustainable Food Systems at the University of Utah, she came to Utah State University to pursue a graduate degree in Environment and Society. She believes in farmers, integrity, and salt. Say hi if you see her running surveys at your market this summer!
