Chandler Rosenberg

Biography

Chandler Rosenberg is a food systems professional and community organizer. She graduated from the University of Virginia with a Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy and is passionate about taking a systems-level approach to tackle food, climate, and health challenges. She believes deeply in the power of decentralized local food systems that directly support communities over global corporations. Previously, she served as the managing director of Plant Based Utah where she worked to educate Utahns, especially healthcare providers, about the benefits of plant-forward diets for the health of people and planet. She co-founded the Utah Food Coalition and Save Our Great Salt Lake and serves on the board of Wasatch Community Gardens and the Mushroom Society of Utah. With MSU, she led the successful campaign to designate the Porcini as the Official Utah State Mushroom in the 2023 Utah Legislative Session.
