Free Tax Preparation For Those Who Qualify With The VITA Program

The USU Extension Summit County Office, and Kimball Junction Library are now taking appointments for the IRS's Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program. The VITA program offers free basic tax return preparation to those who qualify, including people who make under $64,000, persons with disabilities, and limited English-speaking individuals. Appointments are available every week, from February 5th through April 9th, during the following times:

  • Coalville USU Extension Office: Mondays 1-3:30pm
  • Park City - Kimball Junction Library: Tuesdays 10am-2:00pm
