Teen Council Applications are open for the 2022-2023 School Year!

Looking for opportunities to make a difference in our community?

Join 4-H Teen Council! This program is open to youth in 6th-12th grade.

There is no cost to join 4-H Teen Council! Participants will be expected to attend one activity per month. Our schedule will be flexible and will be tailored to fit participant needs!

The purpose of 4-H and it’s variety of project areas and experiences is to provide youth with leadership opportunities and the best development of life skills. Youth leadership experiences can be found within club meetings, junior teen and teen councils, project ambassador positions within the county and even region or state ambassador positions.

Council members work together to create service based activities to benefit 4-H members and their communities as well as gain valuable skills for life and future experiences.  Teen Council represent 4-H Project areas of: Agriculture, Arts and Crafts/Fine Arts, Family and Consumer Sciences, Health, Leadership, Natural Resource and STEAM. Two ambassadors will be selected to represent the project area interests and needs each year. Ambassadors work to serve 4-H youth and families, and implement positive community development.
