About David "DJ" Zolman
DJ graduated from USU in 2016 with his Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy. He has an extensive background in working with relational dynamics to help people heal through life’s difficulties. He loves working in a medical setting where he is able to reach a larger population and uses his experience to help those that speak Spanish and English. He has training in several evidenced based experiences and approaches to help marry the medical and behavioral aspects of health to improve the overall outcomes for his patients. When DJ is not working, he can often be found working on his homestead (complete with 16 chickens, 8 goats, and 14 fruit trees) or on the local hiking trails with his wife, two sons, and dogs Aggie and Indie.

- When you feel stressed, tap your fingers to decrease the stress levels while staying in the moment.
- Let’s help break the stigma of visiting a mental health specialist by 1) implementing more BHC in community health centers through IBH, and 2) normalizing therapy among our daily interactions and conversations.
