Plate 659X. White Reef 1922 – 2004 Viewed north along the eastern edge of White Reef to the Silver Reef mining district. Plates 659x, 660x, 661x, and 662x form a panorama. Shurbs, such as Mormon tea, blackbrush (Coleogyne ramosissima), cliff rose, and skunk brush appear to have increased in the foreground, while pinyon and juniper have increased in the distance. Grasses include cheatgrass and galleta (Hilaria jamesii).
