Plate 157 UTAH HIGHWAY 153: 1962 - 1999 The 1962 photo was taken shortly after the road was built to show all of the raw material that had been dumped over the bank. The 1999 photo shows that this material has stabilized and naturally revegetated. The pinyon (Pinus edulis) and juniper (Juniperus sp.) are more abundant in 1999 than in 1962.
