Plate 783X. Upper Enterprise Reservoir 1932 – 2004 Viewed southwest across Upper Enterprise Reservoir. Ponderosa pine, pinyon, juniper, and oakbrush have increased on the distant hillsides. The reservoir was low in 2004 due to the extended drought.
