Description:

Plate 156X. Tropic Reservoir 1953-2003 Viewed north down Tropic Reservoir. The original image was taken to show the amount of sediment that was being deposited in the reservoir by the East Fork of the Sevier River. Conditions, however, have improved in the upper watershed and today sediment inflow is minimal. Conifers have increased.
