Plate 911X. Red Creek Reservoir 1960 – 2005 Viewed northwest to Red Creek Reservoir above Paragonah, Utah. Due to a wet winter and spring, the reservoir was full in 2005, unlike conditions in 1960. Pinyon, juniper, oakbrush, Utah serviceberry, curlleaf mountain mahogany, and conifers have all increased, reducing forage production. Sagebrush and snowberry appear to have increased in the foreground.
