Plate 134X. Red Canyon 1924-2003 Viewed northwest to the balanced rocks in Red Canyon. Conifers, primarily ponderosa pine, spruce, and juniper have increased. The Forest Service has built a parking lot and a visitor center, which is just off the photo to the left. This is similar to Plate 136x.
