Plate 131X. Red Canyon 1924-2003 Viewed west to the eastern-most tunnel in Red Canyon. Utah Highway 12 has been widened and paved. Conifers, primarily ponderosa pine and spruce, have increased in height. Note that the boulders on top of the tunnel have not moved from their original positions.
