Plate 758X. Pine Valley Reservoir 1941 – 2004 Viewed south to the dam on Pine Valley Reservoir. Ponderosa pine, white fir, and spruce have increased, while aspen in the distance has declined. Pinyon, juniper, and mountain brush have also increased, as have willow and river birch below the dam.
