Note the dam that has been built on the lake’s outlet to store additional water - - see Plate 1041x. Conifers, primarily ponderosa pine, spruce, white fir, and Douglas fir have increased in the distance, while aspen has declined. Ponderosa pine has also invaded the area between the camera and the lake. Development has increased around the lake. Only Panguitch Lake Lodge is visible in the early image - - photo left-center edge. Three-tipped sage appears to have increased in the foreground.
