Plate 631X. Navajo Lake 1941 – 2004 Viewed east-northeast down Navajo Lake on the Dixie National Forest. Navajo Lake Lodge is on the right. The lakeshore is no longer grazed by livestock, as the entire area is now a major recreation complex. In the distance, conifers have increased, while aspen has declined.
