Plate 650X. Little Pinto Creek 1941 – 2004 Viewed east up Little Pinto Creek southeast of Old Irontown. Dense riparian vegetation now blocks the original photopoint, so the retake was made from the nearest open area. Cottonwoods, willows, and Russian olive have increased as have pinyon and juniper in the distance.
