Biography

Alyssa Reidhead is a Registered Dietitian earning her Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from Utah State University in 2015 and her Masters in Dietetics Administration in 2017. Originally hailing from Nevada, Alyssa was impressed with the agricultural community that Utah State University had to offer and transferred from the University of Nevada Reno in 2011. Alyssa has worked in a variety of capacities at USU including working for the Dolores Dore Eccles Early Education Center, being a Teaching Assistant for the MDA program, and instructing courses within the NDFS department. Her passion resides within the management realm of dietetics and she is excited for the opportunity to teach the Foodservice Management courses and work with the MDA program as a faculty member. Alyssa enjoys spending time with her family including her husband and 2 kids. She also enjoys cooking, gardening, playing tennis, and being outdoors.
