  • SafeUT Crisis Line - Call 833-372-3388 (https://safeut.org/): Connect to licensed counselors who are ready to listen to any sized crisis or concern 24/7. 
  • NAMI Mentor Help Line - Call 801-823-9900 (https://namiut.org/): Connect with a mentor with lived experience of mental illness who can listen and help you find the information and resources you need. Mentors are available Monday through Friday from 9am to 4:15pm.
  • Utah Poison Control Center - Call 1-800-222-1222 (https://poisoncontrol.utah.edu/): Call 24/7 for poison information and educational resources. 

National Crisis Support

  • Eating Disorders Helpline: Call 1-866-662-1235 (NEDA): Connect with a licensed therapist who specializes in eating disorders M-F 9am-7pm EST.
