Iron County 4-H offers two youth leadership programs, Teen Council and Junior Teen Council; they offer programming focused on growing leadership skills, college and career readiness, and building connnections with their peers with activities and events.
Teen Council is a monthly club for 9th-12th graders; Junior Teen Council is for 6th-8th grades.
