NourishEd is a Utah State University Hunger Solutions Institute program that combines the strengths of direct education and policy, systems, and environment (PSE) work to improve child food and nutrition security. The program provides produce boxes supplied by local growers to participants in various Create Better Health (Utah SNAP-Ed) direct education courses. Participants learn valuable nutrition skills and gain hands-on experience using fresh produce, ensuring a healthier diet and greater appreciation for locally grown fruits and vegetables.
