Honors 1350 Symposium
Professor Rebecca Charlton, MS, RD

In this course, the students stopped studying science and began the process of becoming student scientists. They did so through a process of deconstructing current media messages and then building their own. This class was fun, energetic, and collaborative. At the end, the students presented their own small-scale research based on issues related to hunger in their university community at a symposium during finals week.
