Caroline Hargraves is the Director of the Marketing and Economic Development Division at the Utah Department of Agriculture and Food, where she leads statewide efforts to strengthen Utah’s agricultural economy. She oversees programs that support producer marketing, business development, value-added agriculture, and market expansion, working to connect Utah growers and food businesses with new opportunities and resources.
