Biography
Dr. Jared Hawkins is an Extension Assistant Professor at Utah State University, where he designs mental health and relationship education programs. He particularly enjoys writing and presenting about how to decrease stress and deepen relationships using an evolutionary psychology framework. Dr. Hawkins is also a licensed marriage and family therapist and specializes in treating depression, anxiety, loneliness, and trauma.
