Hay Symposium
The Utah Hay and Forage Symposium is held in every odd year in January in St. George, UT. The event is co-sponsored by USU Extension and Utah Farm Bureau. It includes a half-day pre-conference hands-on crop diagnostic workshop. The symposium follows the workshop and includes several scientific and industry presentations, a trade show, and networking opportunities.
