2026 Summer Camp Schedule
Box Elder County 4-H offers something for all ages and interests! Some of our camps are open to the general public, while others are for 4-H members only. This means registration processes and fees may vary. We're happy to answer any questions: Call the 4-H office at 435-695-2542.
Please note grades follow the 4-H year and reflect the youths grade as of September 1, 2025.
Registration Policy & Process: Until payment is received, camp registration is considered incomplete and no reservation will be held. Upon payment, participants will receive a confirmation email (check your junk mail). Registration cancellations within 72 hours prior to camp are not eligible for refund.

A two day camp about all things horse! Friday afternoon from 2:00-8:00 Bear River City Park. No Horses needed, workshops, guest presenters, crafts and dinner. Then meet up again Saturday 8:00am-4:00pm Box Elder Fairgrounds Small Indoor Arena. Bring a Horse and a helmet and be prepared for a day of learning on horseback with a variety of workshops.

Join 4-H as we paddle canoes and kayaks down the scenic Bear River from 9:00am to noon. This hands-on experience allows youth to connect with nature, learn water safety, and develop teamwork skills in a fun and supportive environment. As they navigate the river, they also participate in 4-H activities that focus on leadership, responsibility, and community, creating memories that will last a lifetime.

From 9:00am to noon. Get ready to stitch, create, and discover! At 4-H Sewing Camp, youth will explore the world of sewing through hands-on activities. Youth will be transforming a button down shirt into an apron. And making stuffed animals to donate as a service project.
Youth will need an adult helper.

Come attend workshops about confidence, friendships, resilience, mindsets, body image, and being true to yourself! Join us Monday and Tuesday from 9:00am to 2:00pm for fun confidence-building activities, including a hands-on workshop with horses! Lunch is provided both days. On the 6th meet at the Bear River City Civic Center. On the 7th meet at the Bear River City Park.

This camp is perfect for youth eager to learn more about horses, with no horse ownership required to attend. From 9:00am to noon participants will explore various horse events, dive into horse anatomy, and gain hands-on experience with horse equipment. Each camper will also have the exciting opportunity to ride a horse under careful supervision, ensuring a safe and educational experience for all.

Theme: Quantum Leap- An Epic Adventure! Campers will embark on exciting, hands-on adventures that spark curiosity, fuel creativity, and encourage bold thinking. Through interactive challenges, team quests, and imaginative exploration, participants will “leap” into new skills, ideas, and discoveries.
