Ag Wellness Course
This course will help you learn to use skills to manage stress and improve well-being through easy-to-use, self-guided learning modules. The skills found in the modules are adapted from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, an evidence-based therapy, that is helpful for improving well-being. Through multiple, engaging activities, you will learn to work with your stress in a new way that will help support the life you are trying to create. The course takes approximately 1.5-3 hours to complete and you can come back as many times as you would like after purchasing. 

Mental Health Awareness & Advocacy for Ag
This course will help you learn how to identify mental health concerns, locate resources in your community that help treat mental health concerns, and develop skills that will help you refer someone that might be experiencing a mental health concern to appropriate resources. The course takes approximately 3.5-6 hours to complete and once purchased can be revisited as many times as you like.
