The Be Epic youth e-cigarette prevention program for Carbon, Emery and Grand is an evidence-based program that provides 5th-12th grade youth, parent, and teacher programming. The Be Epic website contains information for parents, teachers, and youth for prevention and education, as well as upcoming events.
Celebrating Women
Designed as an event to promote wellness and balance in the lives of women, the conference features workshops presented by professionals from Northern Utah. Past conference workshop topics have included work/life balance, finding steadiness in tough times, finances, meal planning, helping those struggling with anxiety or depression, and yoga, among others.
