4-H Funds Request- if you are needing assistance to attend a 4-H event there are options. This is unavailable at this time, please do club fundraisers to raise money to attend 4-H events.

4-H Fundraising information: All funding raised in the name of 4-H should be accounted for and raise legally. No family clubs, or individuals can do 4-H fundraising for individual purposes. Monies raised should be deposited in a 4-H account and records of all transactions must be recorded. Any 4-H accounts connected to the National 4-H GEN tax exempt number should be closed and new accounts opened through Utah State University.  Below is the form along with the instructions on how to open these new accounts.  Note that a signature of the county agent is required before an account will be approved through the university.  Counties should know about every 4-H account in their county.  If you have any questions, please contact  the Extension Office 435-676-1113.
