    Master Food Preserver Course

    Canning JarsDo you enjoy the art and science of food preservation and canning?  Are you interested in updating your skills?  This 4 day, 32-hour training, is just for you, AND can be taken all together, or in just the topics you may want. 

    Dates:  June 23, 24, 25 & 26

    Times:  8 am-12 pm and 12:30 pm-3:00 pm (Each session includes lecture and lab)

    Cost:  $135 for full course, $25 for full day, $12 for half day

    Location:  Roy High School FACS Kitchens (2250 West 4800 South, Roy)
