    Tuesday, July 7 - Wednesday, July 29 - Preserve the Harvest Lecture Series 2020 - Live courses on how to safely preserve food in your home kitchen. Scientifically tested methods of home food preservation will be presented, including boiling water canning, pressure canning, dehydrating, freezing and freeze drying, pickling and fermenting, and the unique needs of salsas and tomatoes.
