Insights

  • Keeley Rankin: Sexuality is not static. Healthy intimacy grows through curiosity, ongoing communication, and giving each other space to evolve over time.
  • Liz Hale: Couples often become touchless long before they become sexless. More touch, kindness, and emotional warmth strengthen connection.
  • Dave Schramm: Silence creates distance and resentment. Couples need to talk openly about intimacy and seek support instead of struggling alone.
