Fitness Made Simple

Fitness Made Simple is an exercise program that can be performed seated or standing using a small exercise ball, resistance bands, and hand weights. It was developed by University of Idaho Extension. UI Extension offers Train the Trainer courses for those who wish to implement the Fitness Made Simple in their county.
