Cache Makers

Cache Makers hosts a multitude of volunteer-led youth groups focused on Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math. Joining Cache Makers 4-H club and signing up for a group is a great way to start learning interesting things, continue learning about something you are already interested in, or meet like-minded individuals.
4-H Junior Livestock

Each year over 450 of Cache Valley’s youth participate in the Junior Livestock Program raising market animals for the County Fair. The youth learn essential life skills like responsibility, compassion, and the humane treatment of animals. They learn cooperation, leadership and community service through participation in 4-H clubs or FFA Chapters.

The Horse Program trains young riders to become competent and competitive with all different styles of horseback riding, including. Come get involved with this vibrant community of horse riding enthusiasts.

Cache County 4-H Shooting Sports program is for youth in grades 3-5 (junior), grades 6-8 (intermediate) and grades 9-12 (senior). Instruction and shooting will begin January 21st and will run through April 8th. Youth must enroll in 4-H and pay $12 registration fee. (Registration both paid in office and registration done online will be $6 until January 1, 2017)

The 4-H dog program helps youth, aged 8-18 together to teach dog obedience, showmanship, agility, grooming and basic care of pets. The club is also host fo the annual dog show at the Cache County Fair.
