Scientific Name: Euphorbia esula

Distinguishing Features
Warning: stems contain milky sap that may cause skin and eye irritation.
• It grows up to 3 feet tall in dense patches.
• Leaves are alternate and narrow, with smooth edges, ¼ inch wide, and 1 to 4 inches long. Stems are hairless, pale green or blue green.
• Flowers are small, yellow-green, and enclosed by a pair of yellowish-green, heart-shaped leaves (bracts).
Can grow over a 21 foot taproot
