Is it possible to fall in love and not lose your head? Yes! Learn how to follow your heart without losing your mind and recognize potential "red flags" in those your date in this fun filled class.   • Stress Management March 26, 3:30-5:00pm
    We all experience stress, but sometimes we deal with stress in ways that can create even more stress! In this class we will discuss ways we deal with stress in unproductive and sometimes even harmful ways, and will offer tips on overcoming stress in more positive ways. Class will be held at the Weber State University West Campus in Roy. Register here.

Engaged and married couples are invited to participate in a five-week course that will help couples enrich their relationship and build a healthier marriage. Topics that will be covered in the classes include increasing commitment, communication skills, financial harmony, strengthening your relationship, and protecting your marriage.  Come join us for refreshments, fun, and learning about marriage!!! High Adventure Date Night- Friday, July 12, 6:00-8:00p.m.
Escape from the city and connect with your partner as you experience trust and teamwork building activities at the Camp Utaba ropes challenge course in Liberty, Utah.  Cost:  $10 per couple.  Refreshments, fun, and prizes included!  Register early--limited slots available.  Click here to register.

Laughter is the Best Medicine Date Night- Friday, August 2, 6:00-8:00p.m.

Summertime Family Fun

Wednesday, May 29, 3:30 - 5:00 p.m.

Already getting the summer-time blues just trying to think of things for the kids to do?  Join us for this class to learn about fun activities you can do with your kids throughout the summer months and even beyond!  Please plan to stay afterwards to learn about how you and your family can become more involved in fun 4-H activities, such as:  cooking, robotics, science, sewing, youth leadership, etc.  Class is free, but pre-registration preferred.  Click here to register now.
