Service Learning

4-H Youth in Wayne County are involved in experiential education connected to community service.

These experiences actively involve youth in performing service work. Teens gain experience in planning projects, addressing authentic community needs, collaborating with community leaders, implementing programs, and reflecting on service.

Wayne County is a beautiful place to live. 4-H teens periodically participate in roadside cleanups.

In addition, many teens volunteer to coordinate activities as part of after-school and evening 4-H programs.
