Food Sense Nutrition Classes 2009

The Food Sense Nutrition Classes are a popular part of the Wellness Works Utah™ program. The community classes are FREE for adults.

The Fall 2009 class dates were offered Thursday Evenings at the Bicknell Community Center from 5:30-6:30  (October 15, 22, 29,  November 12, & 19). Topics included nutrition, cooking techniques, and budgeting your food dollars.

New classes will be offered Winter/Spring 2010.
