    Water Quality Extension offers several resources for teachers, including training workshops, lesson plans, activities, and materials located in each county.

    New Lesson Plans:

    • 6th Grade SEEd lesson 6.4.1:  "What and Who is in the Water" 
    • Pave It or Plant It explores the effects of urbanization on storm water runoff. Click here for the lesson plan.

     
    sssStream Side Science

    The Stream Side Science curriculum is a set of lesson plans designed to teach watershed science to grade students K-12. The program is based on the manual "Bugs Don't Bug Me (pdf)" for K-6, and "Stream Side Science (pdf)" for 5-12. The curriculum is aligned to national and state core standards and highlights some STEM activities.
