Small acreage production is of increasing importance in Wasatch County.  Our goal is to increase sustainability and conservation of small acreage farms by providing quality education. 

We will host Small Acreage Management Workshops on Tuesday evenings from January 27-March 3 from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. at the Wasatch Community Services Building (55 South 500 East in Heber City). 

The class costs $45/person or $55/couple.  Topics include soils, irrigation, setting goals for your property, grazing management, establishing pastures, stewardship, and much more!
