Welcome to Youth & Families with Promise!

Youth and Families with Promise is a prevention/early intervention program for youth between the ages of 10 and 14. Youth are matched with both a young adult mentor and grandmentor(s) who help provide social support, structured activities, community involvement, and educational improvement.
