Demonstration Garden

After several years of planning and designing, and re-designing, the new demonstration garden is looking great!. The new garden features several trees and shrubs that are uncommon to this area but will grow well in Tooele County, as well as many water-wise plants. The center island features colorful annuals and stunning tulips direct from Holland.  A variety of grasses that grow well in Tooele County surround the garden and are bordered with beautiful brick walkways. A natural stone sitting wall surrounds a court area for resting and pondering. Upon completion the garden will display a weatherproof box that will hold flyers with a detailed maps of the garden and descriptions of the plants and trees for visitors’ future reference.  Follow us for a look back at the progress through the last couple of years.  And be sure to check back in the spring to see what has sprung up!
