Description: Sustainable Development Initiatives (SDI) provides community planning (comprehensive, land use, economic development, community visioning), educational resources, workshops, curricula and research. Since 2000 SDI has designed and guided 11 communities in developing plans built on sustainability. Other SDI programs that support sustainable communities include Sustainable Entrepreneurship, First Impressions and Energy Development.
