NutritionMeet our Registered Dietitian and FCS Agent Sara Oldroyd
Sara recently received her Master of Science degree from the University of Utah, Dept. of Nutrition, and concurrently became a registered dietitian. Previous to this she graduated from Southern Utah University in Family and Consumer Sciences while running the hurdles as a member of their track and food program. During her education she has focused on community-based programs, dietary supplements, sports nutrition and international nutrition. She is looking forward to serving Salt Lake County residents and joining the USU Extension team. Please contact her for nutrition-related questions or appointments.
